It’s no secret that yoga is good for you. It can increase strength, improve flexibility, balance and reduce stress – and it can help you reshape your body and lose weight.
But to get the most out of your yoga practice – to realize the benefits that can make a real difference in your daily life – you need to be consistent.
This is where Yoga52 comes in.
Beachbody On Demand has handpicked not one, but five world-class certified instructors, and set up three flexible schedules to choose from, so you can experience all the benefits of yoga — on your terms.
You decide when and how often to practice. You can even pick a favorite yoga instructor and dedicate yourself to their classes if that’s what motivates you.
The 30 Day Yoga Challenge encourages you to develop a strong yoga practice early on by challenging yourself to a class every day of the month.
If you’re looking to progress quickly with a more results-oriented track, the 8-Week Yoga Challenge is for you.
And if you want something a little more flexible, the 52-week course schedule allows you to train just once a week.
Is Yoga52 right for me?
Whether you’re mastering your vinyasa yoga flow or just starting a yoga practice, there’s a Yoga52 path for you.
This comprehensive program meets you at your skill level. Follow one of our schedules or challenges or chart your own path by choosing the classes that are right for you.
How is Yoga52 different from other yoga programs?
Yoga52 by Beachbody On Demand takes the pressure out of walking into a yoga studio and wondering if your skills are up to snuff.
It’s a program designed to grow with you – so every time you get back on the mat, you’ll feel a little stronger and a little more flexible, and you’ll be a little closer to feeling all the benefits that come with sustained yoga practice.
A year of healthy yoga? It’s possible and it starts with your first Yoga52 class.
The concept of precision instruction
When it came to creating the best yoga experience online, we asked ourselves if we could create streaming yoga classes – designed so you could do them at home – with descriptive instructions so precise that you never have to look up from the carpet.
The answer is yes, and even we are impressed with how precision teaching has gone from a concept in the field to an online reality.
Our team of instructors first designed each class with easy-to-follow cues for the home yogi, then took it a step further by testing the prompts on everyday people who don’t normally practice yoga.
The result? No one felt lost and everyone felt confident on the mat.
So now, yoga at home doesn’t have to mean sacrificing the form or quality of instruction you’d get at a studio.
Whether you’re just beginning your yoga practice — or looking to perfect it — Yoga52 is the program that teaches you exactly how to move and when.
What do you need to start Yoga52?
All you need is a Yoga52 yoga mat and a Beachbody On Demand membership; Deploy it and get started whenever you’re ready.
Additional accessories, such as yoga blocks, straps and blankets, are optional.

She has been mentored by some of the leading yoga instructors and is making a name for herself in the elite studios of Los Angeles.

Due to her background, Marie’s yoga style can be dance-like and fluid, but always with a strong focus on proper alignment.

He then attracted a dedicated clientele for his “Multi-Intenso” experience, a dynamic style of yoga that made him one of New York’s most sought-after teachers.
Now, nearly 15 years later, David has been named one of “America’s 100 Most Influential Yoga Teachers” and has since refocused his teaching to focus on how postural practice can ignite a deep mind-body awareness.
By precisely aligning our bodies, David believes we hold the key to unlocking the transformative power of yoga.
