I’ve often thought about hosting a Pilates retreat, so when Jo asked me to do one together this summer, I thought it was a fantastic idea…I couldn’t resist! This is a great opportunity to bring together a group of Pilates enthusiasts of different ages and abilities from different locations for some time to relax and unwind with healthy eating and soothing Pilates exercises that will relax the body and mind. spirit.
