Williams reshaped himself – literally – by devoting himself full-time to physical fitness. Millions of people have watched his board flipping videos over his nearly 20-year career, now watch his youtube and Instagram pages for workouts — and now mouth-watering recipes. In addition to being a certified kettlebell instructor, williams is also the creator of its own line of bomb flavored seasonings – NADC (Not A Damn Chance) – including his OG steak seasoning, which goes great with this chimichurri steak recipe he shares. “Steak is one of my favorite proteins,” says Williams. “It’s packed with minerals, protein and fat – you can call it a meat superfood.”
Williams uses rib eye for this chimichurri steak recipe, but says the steaks can be interchanged. “I’ve made this recipe with rib eye, sirloin caps, picanha, and even tri-tips when cooking for a party.” A smaller steak can be seared for a few minutes on each side. But if you have a thick slice of meat — 1.5 inches and up, Williams suggests trying a reverse searing method. “It works every time and goes really well with sautéed vegetables and rice,” he says.
