Ingredients:

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce (rinsed, dried and chopped)
  • 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 canned black olive (6 ounces)
  • 1 green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 large tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1 lemon juice
  • To taste Ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, onion, olives, tomatoes, peppers, cucumber and cheese.
  2. The dressing should be whisked together. Olive oil, oregano, lemon juice and black pepper are included.

Cream cheese pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (whole grain or regular)
  • a quarter cup of cream cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
