Potato juice

Potato juice acts as a natural bleach which corrects your complexion and makes it brighter. It is often used to get rid of dark circles, but if you want to remove the tan from your face overnight, take a raw potato and extract its juice, you can grate it and squeeze it in a cloth to get the juice. potato.

These rays are most dangerous element which is responsible for tanning the skin. UVA rays penetrate the deep layers of your skin, thereby damaging the cells. Melanocyte cells release melanin which is responsible for the brown and dark color of your skin.

2.UVB

UVB rays in general damage the top layers of your skin. Exposure to these surges in summer decreases in winter. Unlike UVA rays, UVB rays do not trigger melanocytes. However, it induces DNA damage which further enhances melanin production.

3. UVC

When UVA rays penetrate the deeper layers of the skin, they signal melanocytes to produce excess skin darkening. pigment which darkens further due to oxidation and causes the skin to tan.

Preventive step to get rid of tan on face

  • Cover up completely when walking around during the day.
  • Use hats, sunglasses, stoles, etc.
  • If possible, avoid going out during peak hours of sunshine (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
  • Always apply sunscreen before going out and reapply it every two hours.
  • Stay hydrated. Drink at least 15 to 20 glasses of water a day during the summer to prevent your skin from becoming dehydrated. Eat healthy, nutritious fiber-rich foods like fruits and green vegetables.

Papaya is the perfect fruit to use to get rid of a tan due to its wonderful exfoliating and whitening properties. The honey in this pack calms and hydrates the skin. Mash 1/2 cup of papaya with 1 tablespoon of honey to prepare the packet. After letting this pack sit on the tanned areas for 30 minutes, rinse it off with cold water.

5. Masoor Daal mask, tomato juice and aloe vera:

This trio of rare substances is a great gift for your skin. While tomato juice and masoor dal help to get rid of sunburn. As a medicinal plant, aloe vera can be found in many gel forms or you can use its sheet directly. Its composition is 99% water and 1% vitamins and minerals. Due to its high water capacity, applying the gel directly to the affected area will provide immediate relief. Make a paste from one cup of soaked masoor dal and two tablespoons of tomato juice and aloe vera for the packet. After applying this pack to your face, wait 30 minutes before washing it off. With cold water, rinse it off.

6. Tomato juice and yogurt:

Tomatoes have long been known to be rich in potassium, vitamins A, B and C. They have a citrus flavor and are said to be anti-wrinkle.
