What is healthy obsession?

Healthy Obsession is a new take on the original program that delivers the same kind of incredible results that Autumn Calabrese is known for.

It’s designed to challenge, motivate and inspire you while delivering an ultra-effective total body workout with rewards you can see and feel.

Whether you need to get out of a fitness rut ​​or want to take it to the next level, Healthy Obsession helps you hit the ground running – just before the holiday season kicks off.

Build strong, lean muscles and adopt your healthiest state of mind so you can feel your best during the busiest time of the year.

What types of workouts can I expect with Healthy Obsession?

For the first 3 weeks, you will train 5 days a week for 60 minutes a day.

Week 4 is a functional recovery week, when you’ll slow down and do just two 60-minute workouts.

During this functional recovery week, we reduce the intensity to help you transition into the next workouts you’ll be tackling.

Each day for the first 3 weeks of Healthy Obsession, Autumn will guide you through a different workout that is modeled after the original 80 Day Obsession program.

There will also be 3 optional bike rides that can be swapped out during your Cardio Fusion workouts.

Day 1: Total Body Core — Work your entire body using compound exercises (movements where you use more than one muscle group at a time) designed to challenge your core and maximize strength gains and calorie burn.

Day 2: Booty – Target those glutes with isolation exercises designed to help shape firm, round buttocks.

Day 3: Cardio Fusion — This lung workout alternates between low and high intensity cardio exercises with challenging core movements to improve endurance, burn fat and sculpt your abs. Fall fuses a bonus at the end with some “Cardio Flow” moves.

Day 4: AAA – Your arms, abs, and butt are the focus of Autumn’s “Triple A” workout, which uses weights, resistance loops, and strength slides to build muscle and burn the fat covering it.

Day 5: Legs – Build a leaner, stronger lower body with this challenging leg workout that hits your quads, hams, glutes, and calves from every angle.

What about food?

What you eat is crucial to maximizing your results! Autumn recommends following her healthy eating plan, Portion Fix.

Do I need gear for a healthy obsession?

You’ll need a few pieces of gear to practice with Autumn during her Healthy Obsession free sample super block.

If you’ve worked with Autumn before, you probably already have most of the equipment.

Here is what you will need:

  • Light, medium and heavy dumbbells
  • Strength Slides
  • A set of resistance loops
  • Fitness mat (optional)
  • And for your diet plan, a set of portion control containers
  • Optional: a Beachbody bike for all 3 bike workouts that can be replaced with Cardio Fusion workouts

Resistance Loops and Strength Slides will be available as special offers including BODi.

Who is Healthy Obsession for?

Like 80 Day Obsession, Healthy Obsession is for everyone, from beginners to advanced.

But don’t be intimidated if you’re new to fitness – all you have to do is show up and do your best, whatever your level.

Since these workouts are 5 days a week and 60 minutes each, you need to make sure you have plenty of time to do them during the month of November.

It’s an energizing way to start the day, especially when the daylight hours get shorter.

And jumping on it first thing makes sure you never miss one – and get consistent results all over your body.
